Dong Yang Inn in Oahu

I usually really love this place. They have the best kimchi. However the kimchi fried rice I received on 11/19/19 was horrible. Poorly fried rice, sour flavor but not in the good sour kimchi way. I’m not sure what happened but I wouldn’t get it again.

I think they make bulgogi with beef jerky from convenience store. It tastes just same as that one and it's expensive. I regret so much ordering this and I'm throwing out almost all of the food. Is cook changed? It wasn't as bad as this before.

Best meatjun ever

Whenever I'm in Wahiwa and hungry I hit up Dong Yang for the great Kimchi and Korean Barbeque. Be ready for a large serving.

KILLER KOREAN food. My opinion, the best on island. Was raised on Dong Yang from a little girl. Closest to Mom's cooking as I can get. Has gotten a little pricey over the years but you still get a good portion size. Would recommend to those who RELISH KOREAN food right in Wahiawa.

Speedy service, good prices and the food was Ono! It looks much cleaner in there with new paint and reupholstered seating.

Not the best Korean food on the Islands ( O'Hana's the best ) but a good runner up

The very best Meat Jun and large proportions. Also, their Kim Chee is ONOLICIOUS.

I love hole in the wall restaurants. Dong Yang located in Wahiawa brings it. Home of the best Meat Chun (Jun for some places.) Keep in mind that this is an old establishment (not the cleanest) and a must when you're in the area.

Meat chun is pretty good. This is not a place I would take a date but the food is decent.

A staple in the heart of Wahiawa sits this old school Korean restaurant. Known for their meat Jun but don't be shy to try their other dishes. This place can get real crowded at times. Free parking is in the front as well as in the back of the restaurant.

The service and food was great. They actually deserve 4 and 1/2 Stars. The reason for the deduction is the frydman do that was served appeared to be store made and not homemade.

Had the short ribs. Too fatty

My friend got me Kalbi was super hard to chew. I thought Kalbi is suppose to be soft. Not impress he paid $17.99 for the plate. Not worth it!!!!!

Old fashion goodness

Food is always been plentiful and great! Price is great for the amount you get.Service...sorry to say-not so great. Although this visit they had a guy working and he was great! Multitasking at its finest. He was helping customers dining in, taking phone orders, ringing people up all with a smile:) great job!

Very old place. It's changed quite a bit. Management changed. New owners. Portions are smaller. Taste a little different bit it's still pretty good.
